Collection and use
When you use one of our web forms, we use the personal information you provide to respond to your request, to further improve our software, and to otherwise provide exceptional customer service.
As with most websites, our servers also automatically log standard technical information about your visits, including your IP address, your operating system and browser versions, and which of our webpages you request. We use this personal information to help improve our website and for security purposes.
Our software demos may offer you the option of entering your mobile phone number, so we can show you how text messaging works in our production software. For example, during a hotel check-in demo, you may be asked for your phone number if you want to receive a sample "Your Room Is Ready" notification. You would receive a text message each time you provide your phone number in the demo.
To stop receiving text messages, you may reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number sending the message, or you can contact us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period of time while we process your request.
We send text messages through our SMS gateway provider, Twilio, and we do not share your phone number with third parties.
We do not charge for text messages, however message and data rates may apply for messages that we send to you or that you send to us. Please contact your wireless provider if you have any questions about your text or data rates.
We are not in the business of selling your personal information. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your knowledge or permission, except: with our trusted third party service providers; with our employees, agents, or contractors on a need-to-know basis; as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, or other corporate reorganization; when required by law or when requested by a government body or agency; or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
We may disclose aggregate statistics regarding use of our site, however this data will not identify any individual user.
In the event that your personal information is transferred to someone in another country, such information will be subject to the laws and regulations of that jurisdiction.
We employ physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of the personal information you submit to us. Because we cannot guarantee the security of electronic mail, we do not recommend sending sensitive personal information or complaints via e-mail. Personal information is only kept as long as required to fulfill the purposes identified above.
